Enter Scotland Yard Detective Chief Inspector William Warwick and his capable team - most notably Inspector Ross Hogan - who get assigned to the protection detail not only to do that job but unearth the illegal activities of the existing detail. I'm positive I would have liked it better if I'd gone into it knowing who all of the characters were! First of all, I didn’t realise that this was part of a series and was therefore expecting a plot based on protecting a key member of the Royal Family.

Unlike their male counterparts, they can never be living in a gray area; women in these male-dominated plots are either good or bad, nothing in-between. Mostly very believable situations but there are one or two where you do have to suspend disbelief somewhat but they dont take away from the overall enjoyment of the series. Needless to say, her life must be protected at all times; but the detail of officers charged with that responsibility are thought to be corrupt. Next in Line is the fifth book in the William Warwick series but it is the first one I have read; in fact, it is the first book by Jeffery Archer I have read. In fact, a few senior members of the Royal Family have already reached out to tell me they enjoyed the book. London 1988, and the nation has fallen under the spell of ‘the peoples princess’ HRH Diana, Princess of Wales!

However, there are many others who have equally conniving plans that could stymie an open and shut case, leaving many to wonder what the future holds. It gets quite exciting, but I daresay the real Royal Family may not be too fond of the details (nope, can't explain - you'll just have to read it for yourself). This time he’s hanging around in Belmarsh Prison thanks to William and Ross Hogan’s work from the previous book. In the third novel in Jeffrey Archer's William Warwick crime series, a new Unsolved Murders Unit is set up by the Met in London, with the sole aim of catching criminals no one else can.The deal was negotiated by managing director Kate Elton and executive publisher Kimberley Young, with James Archer and Alan Mitchell from Mitchell Rights Management.

As I said at the start this is my Jeffrey Archer and HarperCollins is a fantastic partnership and one we’re excited to see flourish even further.Archived Letters Reveal How Toni Morrison Helped MacKenzie Scott Meet Future Husband Jeff Bezos Bezos hired Scott at the hedge fund where he worked after receiving a recommendation from Morrison.
